I've been putting together a Sketchbook Workshop. Lots of questions come up. One of the frequent ones is "Why keep a sketchbook?" And what about the health benefits of making some sort of journal?

To make a start on answering these questions, many hours could be spent pouring through the extraordinary 1001 Journals Project website. I particularly like Danny Gregory's contribution. His own website is worth a look too.
